Generally, rates are quoted for a three-day, single-use event, to allow for the equipment to be obtained at least the day before the event and returned the next business day after the event. Arrangements for customers utilizing Orange Door’s delivery and pick up services will be made on a case-by-case basis depending on customer needs and staff availability.
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total order cost and signed rental agreement and contract to hold your order.
Yes, we offer will-call pickups on Monday-Friday 8am-4pm.

Items that come into contact with food and beverage should be returned rinsed and free of food matter and in the containers provided.
We handle cleaning and polishing of all rental items.
Delivery is custom quoted based on amount of items and distance. Delivery minimums for local orders are $250.
Delivery and pickup services are generally between 8:00AM and 4:00PM Monday through Saturday (not including holidays). You may call 48 hours before your rental period to get an arrival estimate from our delivery department.
For customers who want us to handle it all, we offer the option for full-service delivery and set up/tear down from start to finish. Our experienced team will set up your tables, chairs, linens, and decor, creating a stunning atmosphere for your event. Setup and Teardown prices are dependent on the quantity of items rented. Please inquire with our team to get a custom quote.
Your order is double checked by our staff before it is sent out to you. Please check over your entire order when you receive it. If there is a problem, let us know right away.
Upon return, all items are reviewed and checked. If there is any loss or damage, the card on file will be charged.
4-6 months is the typical timeline to ensure availability for items. But we are always happy to place a last minute order if needed.
If your event is canceled for any reason, you will forfeit your deposit unless you choose to retain the credit for a future event within one calendar year.
